Nominations are now open for the Motion Picture Sound Editors - M.P.S.E - annual Golden Reel Awards. Dedicated to the art of sound design and recording, the Golden Reel Awards will be presented at the M.P.S.E.'s annual award ceremony which is scheduled on February 19, 2017 at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in Los Angeles.
Entry forms are currently available on the M.P.S.E. website. Nominations for submissions that aired or released between January 1-November 30, 2016 are due Friday, December 16th, 2016. Entry forms for submissions aired or released between December 1st through the 31st are due Monday, January 9, 2017. Nominations will be announced Monday, January 30th, 2017.
